Jersey Story

2023/24 Hong Kong Rangers Home Jersey. The club’s traditional blue home kit carried special significance this season, as Rangers wore it in their historic AFC Champions League debut. Following a third-place finish in 2022/23, the club entered the 2023/24 AFC Champions League preliminary stage in August 2023, hosting Vietnamese side Haiphong FC at Mongkok Stadium. Rangers led deep into the second half through Kanda Yuki before falling 1-4 in extra time, ending a campaign that had come within minutes of the playoff round. Domestically, Rangers lifted the 2023/24 Jockey Club Sapling Cup, defeating Kitchee 1-0 in the final at Mongkok Stadium for their first top-flight trophy in 29 years. The shirt is printed with #10 K W LAM — club captain Lam Ka Wai — in the final season of his playing career.
