Shipping Options

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via tracked postage (typically 7–14 business days delivery).

Customs duties/taxes may apply.

Domestic Shipping (Hong Kong)

Local orders are shipped via SF Express (within 1–3 business days).

Free SF Express Delivery on order over HKD 1,000

Alternative: Free pickup at Tai Wai MTR Station (by appointment only).

Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight / destination.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, but strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing, as all items are accurately documented.

Conditions for Returns

Item must be in original condition as shipped.

Customer covers return shipping costs (we recommend using tracked mail).

A 20% processing fee will be deducted from all eligible returns.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is verified.

Discount Adjustment: If a partial return causes your original order to no longer meet the criteria for a previously applied discount (e.g. bundle offers or free shipping thresholds), the discount will be voided, and the amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items (this includes any items with a "compare-at" price).

Vintage items with noted imperfections (unless significantly misdescribed).
