Shipping Options

 

  1. International Shipping

    • All international orders are shipped via tracked postage (typically 7–14 business days delivery).

    • Customs duties/taxes may apply.

  2. Domestic Shipping (Hong Kong)

    • Local orders are shipped via SF Express (within 1–3 business days).

    • Free SF Express Delivery on order over HKD 1,000

    • Alternative: Free pickup at Tai Wai MTR Station (by appointment only).

  3. Shipping Costs

    • Rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight / destination.

 

Returns Policy

 

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, but strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing, as all items are accurately documented.

  • Conditions for Returns:

    • Item must be in original condition as shipped.

    • Customer covers return shipping costs (we recommend using tracked mail).

    • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is verified.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Customized or clearance items (marked "Final Sale").

    • Vintage items with noted imperfections (unless significantly misdescribed).

Note: To minimize waste and protect vintage inventory, we discourage unnecessary returns. Please contact us at with questions before ordering.

退貨政策

 

  • 接受簽收後14天內退貨，但強烈建議下單前仔細查看商品描述和照片

  • 退貨條件：

    • 商品必須保持原狀

    • 退貨運費由買家承擔（建議使用追踪服務）

    • 退款將在驗收退貨後處理

  • 不可退貨商品：

    • 已標明「最終優惠」的特價品

    • 商品描述已註明瑕疵的復古球衣
