2016/17 Celtic Home Jersey. The New Balance-made shirt featured Celtic’s traditional green and white hoops refreshed with fern green and optic white tones, finished with gold trim on the sleeve cuffs and shoulder seams to mark the club’s success, while “A Club Like No Other,” a phrase associated with former player and manager Tommy Burns, was printed on the back neck tape and inner hem. This was the shirt worn during Brendan Rodgers’ first season in charge, in which Celtic completed a domestic treble and went unbeaten in all 47 domestic matches, setting a Scottish Premiership record of 106 points from 34 wins and 4 draws. The jersey also featured in Celtic’s Champions League return, including a dramatic 3-3 draw with Manchester City at Celtic Park in September 2016.
