2013/14 Malaga Home Jersey. Nike’s home design retained Málaga’s traditional blue-and-white vertical stripes, paired with a white collar and blue detailing. It was worn during the club’s 33rd La Liga campaign, their first season after the previous year’s Champions League run, and Málaga finished 11th with 45 points. Paraguay forward Roque Santa Cruz stayed permanently in July 2013, inherited the number 9 shirt after Javier Saviola’s departure, and finished as Málaga’s leading league scorer with six goals. A notable home-kit occasion came on 1 March 2014, when Santa Cruz opened the scoring in a 1-1 La Liga draw against Real Valladolid at La Rosaleda.
