On October 12, 2010, Lo Kwan Yee represented Hong Kong in the 2010 Long Teng Cup held in Kaohsiung, where he scored a penalty in the 75th minute of the final match, resulting in a 1–1 draw against Chinese Taipei. With a record of 2 wins and 1 draw, Hong Kong clinched the Long Teng Cup championship for the first time. Due to his outstanding performance in the Long Teng Cup, he was selected as one of the three overage players for the Hong Kong Asian Games team competing in the Guangzhou Asian Games.
