The draw with Argentina on 12 June 2002 at Miyagi Stadium, in which Anders Svensson’s brilliant free-kick cancelled out Hernán Crespo’s opener, eliminated the pre-tournament favourites Argentina in the first round for the first time since 1962. Sweden’s run ended in the Round of 16 with a 2–1 golden-goal defeat to Senegal after extra time. The shirt represents Zlatan Ibrahimović’s World Cup debut at age 20.
