This jersey was famously worn during Liverpool’s historic 2000/01 treble-winning season, when the Reds secured the League Cup, FA Cup, and UEFA Cup under Gérard Houllier. Most notably, this away shirt was worn at the 2001 FA Cup Final at the Millennium Stadium on 12 May 2001, where Liverpool defeated Arsenal 2-1 with two late goals from Michael Owen in the final seven minutes.
