This iconic white shirt served as the club’s official Centenary Home Jersey and was worn during one of the most thrilling matches in the club's history: the 2000 Supercoppa Italiana. In a high-octane encounter at the Stadio Olimpico on September 8, 2000, Lazio defeated Inter Milan 4-3 to lift the trophy, with new signing Claudio Lopez scoring a decisive brace while wearing this kit. The jersey features a special centenary crest (1900–2000) and the Siemens Mobile sponsor, which replaced the previous season's Cirio branding. As the reigning double winners, the team also displayed the Scudetto and Coccarda patches on the chest during this victory. This white kit was used as the primary home choice throughout the first half of the 2000/01 season before the traditional sky blue returned in 2001.
