Jersey Highlight: This is the last time Beckham participating in the World Cup.  Beckham captained England in the tournament.  He scored a free kick against Ecuador, becoming the first English player to score in three separate World Cups.  Due to the hot weather, he rarely wore a short-sleeved jersey in the match.  After the elimination from World Cup, Beckham decided to step down from the England captaincy.
